Cancellation Policy

Please provide a 24-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of services booked. All spa packages and multiple services require a Visa/MC/AMEX/Gift Certificate to reserve the appointment. Packages require a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged a non-refundable 50% of the package reserved.

Please note: Gift Certificates can be accepted as a deposit for services, therefore, are susceptible to the same rules as credit cards.
